1. Press Faster Features

• s1 and d2 presses help customers work faster (be more successful).

• “In Line” lateral movement:

       - Designed to save several seconds with every press cycle adding up to significantly more production (more income) on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

       - Ease of use – heat platen glides easily and totally away from Dek allowing easy and fast reload

       - Ergonomically smart design keeps everything compact and within easy reach maximizing efficiency of each press cycle (unlike “swing away”)

       - Keeps heat directed down at all times (not in your face like a clam shell) allowing operator to work comfortably (more productively) for longer periods

• Built-in faster cycle times can be accelerated with d2 upgrade – loading of 2nd station during press cycle eliminates waiting which increases productivity

       - Example: 15 seconds waiting x 200 cycles = 50 minutes

       - 200 garments completed in 50 less minutes

• Over/under loading accuracy of garment placement

       - Simplifies garment alignment - (dealing with one layer of fabric rather than two)

       - Eliminates the time-consuming need to insert a pillow inside a garment to prevent “imprinting” of seams or ghosting that can happen with sublimation process.

• Flex Force™: the Pedestal has a built-in self pressure adjustment feature:

       - Eliminates the need for “micro-management of Dek height by self adjusting to variations of garment thickness

       - Softens the locking pivot point of the handle mechanism reducing user fatigue and increasing productivity

• Quik Clik™ Dek™ change allows fast swapping of Deks to accommodate a variety of garments or articles

• Over/Under Loading gives the benefits of a screen printing press; Eliminate "ghosting" or garment wrinkles with ease

2. Flexibility Features

• “Quick Click” mounting of Interchangeable Deks™ makes the press “multi-function”

• 14 x 17 or 10x 14 Deks can be mounted in either a landscape or portrait format accommodating a wide variety of garment sizes and transfer orientations

• Multiple “Specialty” Deks™ allow the functionality of several presses in one minimizing expense and maximizing convenience. Pocket-Universal, Cap Universal, Long Sleeve / Pant, 10" x 10", 10" x 14" Deks™

• Specialty Deks™ allow transferring onto an almost limitless list of articles including but not limited to:

       - Apparel of all kinds

       - Dek™ height adjustment feature allows transferring onto thick items (plaques, tiles, etc) with a few quick turns of the Height Adjustment Knob.

3. Modularity Features

• The Press is customizable and upgradeable

• Can start with a smaller investment and get the mainstream functionality of a shirt press with all the built-in Idek™ advantages.

• As business requirements grow, can upgrade and add functionality to increase productivity:

       - Add d2 station

       - Add specialty Deks™ (14” x 17” Portrait/Landscape, Pocket/Universal, Cap/Universal, Long Sleeve / Pant)

       - A d2 Press can have any combination of 2 Deks™ on the left and right stations allowing flexibility to a wide variety of projects or work requirements
