MODULAR component exchange program: 
iDek MODULAR format offers QUIK exchange of iDek components and eliminates costly whole unit warranty shipping charges. Availability of optional over night shipping services coupled with our TECH support assistance for infield service offers efficient fast repairs and replacement. Three MODULAR components, Pedestal, Heater and Console assemblies are easily exchanged requiring one tool.

Our Warranty:
Before leaving our production facility, our iDekusa Heat Presses and Modular component assemblies are inspected to insure against material and workmanship defects. Included with each s-1 Professional™ or d2 Commercial™ (MODELS 238 / 340) press package is a detailed warranty to be completed and returned at the time of receipt. iDekusa products will be repaired or replaced as long as it remains the property of the original purchaser and complies with the policies as outlined in the detailed warranty.

Our Heaters have a LIFE TIME WARRANTY, the Electronics have a THREE YEAR WARRANTY and the Chassis has a ONE YEAR WARRANTY.

Return & Refund Policy:
Returns and refunds will be accepted only with prior approval of such return or refund by iDekusa™.  
All returned goods must be accompanied by a return authorization number which can be obtained by a customer service representative at our toll free number 877.579.9884.   Returned goods must be packed and shipped in the original carton to the Service Center in Lynnwood, Washington.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and collect shipments will not be accepted. iDekusa imposes a 25% restocking charge on all merchandise returned with out consent.
